The Club also run a Holiday Club that offers childcare on certain holiday and in-service days.
The Holiday Club runs from 8.30am to 5.45pm and is available to all children who attend Stockbridge Primary School (including children who do not attend the normal After-School Club).
We like to make the most of these days and plan them with the children to offer a range of experiences that are fun, stimulating, and child friendly.
We aim to be out in the local community as much as possible and typically provide two or three trips per week that are both educational and exciting.
All Holiday Club days are advertised in advance, both in the Club and through the school ParentMail system, and are offered subject to availability and take-up.
Children are required to bring a packed lunch however fresh water and two healthy snacks will be provided for breaks.
We take child safety very seriously. As such we require a completed Excursion and Medical Permission form before children can attend the Holiday Club.
Because we are often away from school is vital that you keep us informed of any change in your contact details.
The Holiday Club operates on a ratio of 1 adult to 8 children. Every child is assigned a dedicated member of staff who is responsible for their care during a trip.
A register is taken throughout the day to ensure that all children are accounted for, and each child is assigned a buddy to ensure they walk together.
All children are given high-visibility jackets to wear at all times.
As the Holiday Club operates on a first-come first-served basis we require a minimum 72 hour notice if you wish to a cancel a booking.
Refunds can only be given if we are able to fill your previously booked slot as staff cover will have been arranged to maintain our required adult:child ratio.
